Yes, plans purchased from rokki.com on ground (before your flight) can be used on other WiFi-enabled flights as long as the plan has not been activated. However, plans purchased during the flight by credit card cannot be used on other WiFi-enabled flights as it is automatically activated on your mobile device once the transaction is successful.
Yes, it is safe as all credit card transactions made on board are secure. AirAsia WiFi does not store any credit card data from the transactions made.
Some issuing banks may impose additional charges on all CROSS-BORDER transactions performed. CROSS-BORDER transactions are defined as transactions in which the country of the cardholder bank differs from the country of the merchant.
Please note that neither AirAsia WiFi nor AirAsia is the party imposing the additional charges, and does not benefit from them.
